With the continuous extension of oil well production time,the number of low producing and low-efficiency wells is increasing,which seriously affects the development quality and benefits of oil fields.In-depth analysis of low producing wells,reasonable development techniques,and accurate measurement and monitoring of the liquid production of low producing wells are of great significance for improving the productivity of oil wells.Due to the advantages of thermal mass flow meters in low producing well flow measurement,this paper compares the characteristics of constant-temperature differential and constant-power flow meters,and mainly analyze the application of constant power flow measurement method in low-yield wells small flow measurement.The mathematical model of temperature difference and flow velocity in constant power flow measurement is established.The main factors affecting constant power flow measurement are analyzed,and a temperature compensation method is proposed for the effect of temperature difference on the flow measurement results.In order to make the experimental design of the measurement system more reasonable,fluent software was used to simulate the velocity and temperature distribution characteristics of the fluid in the tube and the temperature distribution of the fluid around the heating rod.The simulation results show that the higher the flow rate,the lower the temperature of the fluid around the heat source.The experimental results show that the speed measuring resistor of the thermal flow meter should be as close as possible to the heat source,and the temperature measuring resistor should be as far away as possible from the heat source,and the installation position of the sensor needs to consider factors such as the initial velocity and temperature of the fluid,and the size of the pipe.Completed the design of the overall architecture of the constant power flow meter measurement system,built an experimental platform for the constant power flow measurement system,and verified the design scheme of the flow measurement system.The experimental results show that the greater the flow rate,the smaller the difference between the resistance temperature measuring resistor and the speed measuring resistor,and the flow value can be obtained according to the relationship between the temperature difference and the flow rate.After many repeated tests,the relative error of the flow measurement is less than 4%.
