With the advancement of science and technology,the emergence of a variety of difficult-to-cut materials(titanium alloys,oxygen-free copper,high-temperature alloys,etc.)has brought many problems to deep hole processing,and deep hole drilling accuracy has been greatly challenged.Among them,06Cr18Ni11 Ti austenitic stainless steel is widely used in pipelines in the petroleum industry,aerospace,chemical industry and other fields because of its good wear resistance and high temperature strength.However,due to its work hardening in the process of deep hole processing,the chips are not easy to break and easy to stick,resulting in serious tool wear and deep hole axis lines are easy to deviate.For this reason,this subject has carried out the research on the deflection mechanism of deep hole drilling of06Cr18Ni11 Ti stainless steel.First,according to the machinability of 06Cr18Ni11 Ti material,the factors affecting the axis line deflection of the deep hole of the material are analyzed,and the mechanism of the axis line deflection of the deep hole is studied from the two aspects of process parameters and tool geometric parameters.Secondly,based on the ABAQUS software,the BTA deep hole drilling model of 06Cr18Ni11 Ti stainless steel was established,and the influence of different process parameters on the change of axis line deflection and the vibration frequency change of the drill rod during the deep hole drilling process were analyzed.Finally,an experimental study of the BTA deep hole drilling model of 06Cr18Ni11 Ti stainless steel was carried out to analyze the influence of different process parameters and different tool geometric parameters on the deflection of the deep hole axis,tool wear and chipping.The results show that,to a certain extent,as the speed increases,the deflection of the axis of the deep hole decreases;with the increase of the feed rate,the deflection of the axis of the deep hole increases;when the rake angle of the tool is 8° and the drill tip eccentricity is 3.2mm,the deep hole axis line deflection is smaller;the more severe the tool wear,the greater the deep hole axis line deflection.
