In recent years, because of the use of nuclear energy, the nuclear power industry rapidly rises and develops.But in nuclear power there is a weak link—the power tube plate processing in the production of the heat exchanger. For the reason of machining technologies, processes and equipment, the development of the nuclear power industry have been restricted by the drilling technology of the nuclear power tubesheet.On the basis of the research of the drilling of the stainless steer tubesheet, this paper find that the key problem is to break chip and remove chip. To make the chip broken and ensure the sustainable of the processing, this paper adopt the method of the vibratory drilling. The specific work are as follows:(1)The drilling of the nuclear power tubesheet is the deep hole machining of difficult-to-machine materials. This paper introduces the properties of the stainless steel and the characteristics of the deep hole machining and points out that the key problem is chip breaking and chip removal. Referring to the research both at home and abroad, this paper put forward for the vibration drilling.(2)According to the characteristics of deep hole processing of the stainless steel tubesheet and the comprehensive comparison of machining accuracy, efficiency and cost of equipment and so on, this paper choose the deep hole machining tool and determine its structure size and 3D model.(3)Compared to ordinary drilling,the vibratory drilling has various advantages.Through geometry and mechanics research of chip breaking, the essential condition of the geometry chip breaking has been draw.According to the requirements chip removal of BTA, the control of the vibration frequency than and chip size has been searched and the graph of value rule has been concluded.(4)Research the influence of the change of the vibration parameters to the angle of the cutting tool,cutting dosage and cutting time than and introduce the influence to the tool life.This paper draw some influence regularity of the vibration parameters to the tool life,thus offer the reference during vibration drilling parameter selection.
