Stainless steel material by virtue of its excellent physical properties is widely used in military,shipping and other industries.With the improvement of people's aesthetic requirements,color stainless steel arises at the historic moment,laser coloring technology is a new color stainless steel manufacturing process.Stainless steel is not rusty,its surface will be rusty in use process which affects the use should be able to,because there is no rust stainless steel products better processing method had to be abandoned,caused great waste of resources,aiming at the problems,put forward a kind of using nanosecond laser equipment to clean the coloring process of 304 stainless steel material,from the mechanism and process to explore and process quality analysis are studied,the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Study on mechanism of metal cleaning and coloring by nanosecond laser.Based on the mechanism of laser and metal,the surface of 304 stainless steel is colored to obtain a bright color;The microstructure and energy spectrum analysis of the samples were measured,and the cleaning quality and color principle were analyzed.The results showed that under the action of a variety of energy densities,the samples were colored,and the corroded layer on the surface was also cleaned,and the surface of smooth and high quality was obtained.The color principle was related to energy density.2.Study on the Cleaning and Coloring Technology with Good Coloring Effect.The model of "corroded layer—stainless steel" was established with COMSOL to simulate and analyze the correlation between parameters and cleaning depth,which provided guidance for the selection of parameters of cleaning and coloring process.Cleaning and coloring experiments were carried out to explore the influence of coloring parameters and surface structure on color presentation.Research shows that it is easy to obtain more bright colors by partial coking?Moreover,if the surface roughness of the material meets Ra>1.6,we can obtain color that does not change with the Angle of observation.3.Analysis of color quality after cleaning and coloring.Weatherability: Analyze the stability of the color of all kinds of samples in nature from the perspective of color aberration.It is found that only the color aberration of yellow samples is greater than 4 and cannot exist stably.The color aberration of other color samples is between 2 and 4 and can exist stably.Corrosion resistance: electrochemical corrosion test was carried out in 3.5% Na Cl solution,and the analysis of Tafel curve showed that the corrosion resistance of the surface was significantly improved after cleaning and coloring the samples.High temperature resistance: the colored sample can be relatively stable in the high temperature environment below 300?.Electrical resistance: under the voltage of 220 V,the color film is broken down and damaged by arc.
