The torch is a processing device for dissipating gas in petrochemical enterprises.When it is burned,it will generate a lot of heat radiation and noise,it sometimes will also emit black smoke,which will have an adverse impact on the surrounding personnel and the environment.At the same time,various safety accidents often occur during the operation of the torch,causing casualties and property losses.Therefore,it is of great significance to effectively reduce the impact of the torch on the surrounding personnel and the environment and the harm caused by the accident to the enterprise.(1)The calculation method of the height and noise of the torch in a coking project was studied,and the low calorific value of the torch gas,the gas flow rate at the torch outlet,the diameter of the torch mouth,etc.were obtained.It was found that when the height of the torch was taken as 46.72 m,it was on the ground.The personnel will not be affected by thermal radiation;the noise intensity at 30 meters and 30 meters away from the torch head can also be obtained through calculation,Combine related noise requirements which provides a basis for the layout of the torch equipment;(2)In order to reduce the impact of black smoke from the torch on the surrounding environment,combining the characteristics of different burners and torches,a new type of premixed burner was designed.Its main structure includes a gas nozzle,a premixing chamber and a steam jet.Tube;calculated the size of each part of the torch burner;in order to study the influence of the size of the burner premixing chamber on its gas mixing efficiency,the same length(L=400mm)and different diameters(D=218,300,400,500mm)The mixing situation of the gas in the premixing chamber was simulated(the k-ω turbulence model,the component transport model and the general finite velocity model were selected respectively).The gas mass distribution cloud diagrams in the premixing chambers of different sizes are obtained,and it is found that when the diameter of the premixing chamber is 400 mm,the gas mixing effect in the premixing chamber is the best,which can effectively avoid the phenomenon of black smoke from the torch.(3)In order to effectively reduce the hazards caused by the torch accident to the enterprise,the main components of the torch were analyzed and researched,and the corresponding safety issues were proposed for the common safety problems of the liquid separation tank,molecular seal,torch head and ignition device.Technical measures;designed a water-sealed tank with heating and anti-overflow functions;drew a set of process flow diagrams for the ignition and release device,which can effectively improve the reliability of the torch ignition...
