Aiming at the dual needs of domestic and international internal combustion engines for improving thermal efficiency and raising emission standards,based on previous studies,research and development of key technologies for special machine tools for micro-texture laser processing of internal combustion engine cylinder liners are carried out.Tribological theoretical research and engineering applications have shown that the inner surface morphology of the cylinder liner plays a decisive role in the lubrication state of the sliding friction pair composed of the cylinder liner and the piston ring.The world's major industrial powers have carried out the micro-weaving of the inner surface of the cylinder liner.In the research of structural manufacturing methods,a variety of processing methods such as laser processing,electrochemical processing and chemical processing have emerged,among which laser processing has shown good development prospects.In addition,with the ever-increasing standards of vehicle lightweight,the design of internal combustion engines has developed a trend of integrated cylinder liner and cylinder block.The existing cylinder liner rotation,laser processing spindle fixed cylinder liner micro-texture processing machine design can no longer adapt to the design plan The requirements of cylinder block and liner integration.In response to the above-mentioned practical needs and technological development trends,this article has carried out the following main research and development work.In combination with actual engineering needs,the overall design scheme of a laser processing machine tool for micro-texturing the surface of the cylinder liner-piston ring friction pair under the integrated state of the cylinder liner and cylinder block is proposed.The control system adopts the system processing of PC+multi-axis motion controller+servo drive,which comprehensively meets the needs of machine tool control and CAD/CAM;the device selection and detailed design of the internal and external optical system of the whole machine;designed The dedicated laser rotary spindle can better meet the processing needs of high-speed rotation and focus adjustment.In order to give a reasonable range of the installation angle error of each lens in the optical path system,a theoretical design model of the optical path is established,and an evaluation algorithm for pixel energy concentration is proposed,and the influence of the installation error of each mirror on the energy distribution of the light spot is simulated and analyzed.Taking into account the thermal effect of the lens during laser processing,this paper simulates the thermal effect of the lens in the optical path system under the action of the laser,and analyzes the focus shift and RMS radius value caused by thermal deformation.The trend of the change with the laser power and the impact on the machine tool The impact of accuracy.In order to verify the correctness of the whole machine design and simulation analysis,this paper designs and builds a test bench,and carries out related experimental studies.
