The tank level metering device plays an irreplaceable role in the process of oil metering.Most of the commonly used liquid level gauges require manual reading and the accuracy is not high,and the degree of intelligence is insufficient.The traditional measurement method is based on manual measurement.The measurement is susceptible to external interference,the data accuracy is low,the labor cost is high,and it can not meet the production requirements.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop a liquid level metering device that meets the requirements of digital metering,and has high accuracy,easy operation and can adapt to various external conditions.The liquid level measuring device studied in this paper mainly includes hardware and software.Based on the hardware design of the Raspberry Pi device,the hardware selection of the liquid level metering device was firstly carried out,followed by the realization of the hardware circuit design,the completion of the circuit program and the matching of data storage and transmission functions.Finally,the overall structure of the hardware simulation diagram was made through UG.The software based on SSD algorithm is designed.Firstly,the data set is constructed by image acquisition,preprocessing,sample labeling and format conversion.Secondly,the traditional SSD model is improved to complete the model training.Finally,the stability of the scale is realized through the clustering and grouping of the numbers,the analysis of the boundary situation and the processing of the fault tolerance.The results are calculated by the pixel scale formula and the correction formula to realize the intelligent reading of the data.The comparison between the improved SSD model and other models shows that the recognition accuracy P,recall rate R and average accuracy AP of the improved SSD model are increased by 1.57%,2.08% and 4.49%,respectively,compared with the traditional SSD model,and the recognition speed of the improved SSD model is increased by 2.16 times.Compared with Faster R-CNN model and HOG+SVM model,the accuracy of P is increased by 6.0% and 17.12%,and the recognition speed is increased by 8.19 times and 13.88 times,respectively.At the same time,the improved SSD model avoids the problems of missed detection.The experiment of liquid level measuring device shows that the sensor has rapid detection response and accurate automatic interface positioning.Compared with manual marker gauge and Honeywell level gauge,the level measuring device has a higher and more intelligent measuring accuracy for different oil products.The measuring accuracy is up to0.001 mm,which can accurately measure the liquid level change.The measurement time is shorter,about 0.3s,which can fully reflect the small data changes.The liquid level measuring device has the advantages of high precision,high intelligence,low cost,wide application range and long service life,which has a certain guiding significance for the digital development of contact liquid level gauge.
