The importance of nylon composites in the field of aviation manufacturing is becoming increasingly apparent.Especially for civil aviation and UAV fuselage structures,there is an increasing demand for lightweight,economical and high specific strength materials.The preparation of composite materials on the basis of aviation nylon material powder is the current aviation manufacturing and polymer Research hotspots in the field of materials.As a special type of nanomaterials,2D nanosheets have a higher cross-sectional ratio than other nanomaterials and thus have extremely high mechanical properties and electrical and thermal conductivity.Among them,graphene is the most representative.Graphene sheets prepared by a low-temperature temperature-controlled ultrasonic method are used as fillers,and composite materials are prepared by an innovative formic acid-water-nylon ternary mechanical mixing method with nylon powder for aviation.The composite material is formed by applying selective laser sintering technology and hot-press forming equipment respectively,and the standard parts are tested for their mechanical properties and the electrical conductivity of the composite material sheet through tensile fracture experiments.The experimental results show that the selective laser sintering additive manufacturing of the reinforced nylon composite powder has the best mechanical properties when the graphene addition is 0.1 wt%,and its tensile strength is 41.252±0.5193MPa,compared with the original nylon material An increase of 14.93%,Young's modulus reached 975.566±46.161MPa,an increase of 71.61%.When the composite material is processed by hot pressing,it shows more excellent performance.Similarly,when the amount of graphene added is 0.1 wt%,its tensile strength is as high as 46.5 1±2.29MPa,a year-on-year increase of 22.06±6.1%;its elongation at break is 55.74±7.18%higher than that of raw materials by 119.27±28.2%;Young's modulus The amount has also reached 1216±65.33MPa.Therefore,the material can show excellent performance in traditional processing in the aerospace field and cutting-edge additive manufacturing processing,and has very strong application and market potential.
