Epoxy resin-based composite materials are widely used in aerospace and various light-weighting fields because of their advantages of low density,high strength,and easy processing.Compared with traditional autoclave curing technology,microwave curing has a broader application prospect due to its short time-consuming,low energy consumption,and low equipment cost.In this paper,E-51 epoxy resin,polyamide 651 and triethylenetetramine are used as curing agents,basalt fiber and self-made ferrite are used as reinforcement materials,and KH-550 is used as surface modifier.They are prepared by microwave curing and thermal curing methods,respectively.Composite materials;the use of orthogonal experiments to optimize the experimental process,compare the mechanical properties of microwave curing and thermal curing products,and optimize the formulation components of the matrix.When no ferrite is added,the sample prepared by microwave curing heating method has uniform texture,no bubbles on the surface,and its tensile strength is 72 MPa,which is 31.4% higher than the tensile strength of the sample under thermal curing conditions of the same formula.When the ferrite content is 0-2.0wt%,the tensile strength of the sample increases first and then decreases,and the bending strength decreases first and then increases.When the silane coupling agent KH-550 is used to modify the ferrite surface,its content has a greater impact on the modification effect than the ferrite content.When the coupling agent content is 3wt% of the ferrite content When,the modification effect is the best.Through DSC research,the increase of ferrite content has an effect on the degree of curing of microwave products,and the increase of ferrite can improve the degree of curing of products;through FTIR analysis,it is explored and proved that microwave curing is the same as thermal curing products,and no new substances are generated;Through SEM inspection and analysis,the use of KH-550 silane coupling agent can effectively improve the dispersion of ferrite particles.Based on the research on the influencing factors of the microwave curing process,the microwave curing has the characteristics of non-inertia of its own heating,in order to avoid the local ablation phenomenon caused by uneven heating encountered in the experiment.Design,develop and manufacture a multi-port energy-fed microwave heating device that uses PLC to control heating power and heating time.In addition to the traditional route of obtaining uniform heating by uniform microwave field,the regression design goal is to uniformly heat the sample,and does not blindly consider the uniformity of the instantaneous microwave field,but ensures that the sample heating effect is uniform in a short period,which is more suitable for Preparation of non-uniform thickness components.
