In order to improve the friction and wear performance of aircraft under severe conditions such as high temperature and medium and low speed,three kinds of coatings with good high temperature friction resistance have been researched and manufactured.The dynamic experiment of high temperature resistant friction coating made of epoxy E-51 applied to 2 Ma aircraft shows that the coating has good self-lubricating drag reduction performance.Two kinds of high temperature resistant friction coatings are made with epoxy E-51 and E-44 as base materials.Orthogonal test and comprehensive weighting method analysis determined the optimized formulation of manufacturing coating.The high temperature resistance and high temperature friction resistance of the manufactured coatings were measured.Other comprehensive properties such as coating adhesion,drying performance and corrosion resistance were evaluated according to the corresponding national standards.The thermal decomposition kinetics of the paint film prepared by the final optimized scheme is studied.The results show that the high temperature friction coating under the optimized epoxy E-51 formulation has a high temperature wear rate of 0.97%,the friction coefficient is 0.183 at 200 °C,a thermal weight loss rate of only 5.41% at 200 ?,a thermal weight loss rate of 37.84% at 400 ?,and a corrosion current density of 1.337E-7,the activation energy of paint film reaction thermal decomposition kinetics is 62.42 k J/mol.Other properties of the paint film meet national standards.Under the best combination of epoxy E-44 high temperature resistant friction coating,the thermal weight loss rate of the paint film at 200 ? is 2.83%,the friction coefficient at 300 ? is 0.1334,the friction coefficient at 200 ? is 0.1451,and the corrosion current density before sintering is 2.98E-9.After sintering at 200?,the corrosion current density is 4.51E-9,and the activation energy of reaction thermal decomposition is 134.54 k J/mol.Other properties meet national standards.An epoxy-modified titanium silicone resin was produced in the experiment.The experiment used it as a raw material to manufacture high-temperature friction paint.The research uses three kinds of silicon monomers and butyl titanate as raw materials to produce titanium silicon prepolymer.The viscosity of the prepolymer gutter prepared under its optimal conditions is 2.31,the ethoxy content is 4.47%,and the overall performance is better.Using the manufactured titanium silicon prepolymer and epoxy E-44 resin as raw materials,dibutyltin dilaurate as a catalyst,an epoxy-modified titanium silicon resin was produced by dehydration condensation.The results showed that the modified resin format tube prepared under optimized conditions had a viscosity of 2.01,an epoxy value of 1.47,a hydroxyl value of 36.49,and a grafting rate of 72.78%.It can be placed at room temperature for 30 days without delamination and gelation.By comparing E-51 and E-44 epoxy resin-based high-temperature wear-resistant coatings,the high-temperature wear resistance of the high-temperature friction coating prepared by epoxy-modified titanium silicone resin has decreased at 200 °C.The coefficient of friction of the paint film at 200 °C decreased from 0.1451 to 0.1436.The coefficient of friction of the paint film at 300 °C decreased from 0.1334 to 0.1221.The high temperature wear rate of the modified resin high temperature friction coating at 600 ?is only 16.49%,and the friction coefficient of the paint film is only 0.1015.Other properties of the paint film meet national standards.
