Coal is the main source of energy in our country.Shearers are important equipment for coal mining faces,and their stability is the central link of safe and efficient mining.The rocker arm sensor has an important influence on the stability of the shearer.The traditional rocker arm sensor of the shearer mostly adopts wired power supply or battery power supply.In the harsh working environment of coal mines,the reliability is not high,and it is difficult to provide reliable electrical energy for the shearer sensors.In view of the low reliability of the power supply mode of the shearer rocker arm sensor,this paper proposes a power supply mode for the coal shearer rocker arm wireless sensor based on energy harvesting technology.Firstly,this article analyzes the vibration energy and thermal energy that can be collected of the rocker arm of the shearer,and verifies that these two environmental energies can be used as reliable environmental energy sources in the energy harvesting technology.Secondly,the characteristics of the vibration energy and thermal energy collection methods are analyzed,and the piezoelectric vibration energy collection method and the thermoelectric power generation method are adopted according to the environmental characteristics of the coal mining face,and a mathematical model is established to provide a theoretical basis for energy collection.Thirdly,the finite element analysis method is used to analyze the performance of the piezoelectric power generation sheet,and a new type of double-layer structure piezoelectric power generation sheet with multiple resonance points in the low-frequency vibration frequency band is designed to improve the vibration energy collection efficiency,and using COMSOL software to simulate,compare and analyze the difference in power generation performance of several different structural models of piezoelectric power generation sheets.The thermoelectric power generation system has been improved,and a cold end heat dissipation device of the thermoelectric power generation sheet suitable for the rocker arm of the coal shearer has been designed to improve the heat dissipation effect.The thermoelectric power generation sheet has been designed with heat insulation and vibration reduction to ensure the adaptability in the working environment of the coal machine.Fourthly,introducing the LTC3588-1vibration energy harvesting circuit and the LTC3108 thermoelectric power generation energy harvesting circuit,which used to collect and manage the electrical energy generated by the two energy harvesting methods to provide stable electrical energy for the sensor.Finally,the power generation performance of the piezoelectric power generation sheet and the thermoelectric power generation sheet is verified through experiments,and it is proved that the piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting and thermoelectric power generation can be used as a reliable energy acquisition method to provide a reliable energy source for the rocker arm wireless sensor of the shearer.
