Abstract/Summary:
The laser melting deposition equipment is a single-machine special equipment.During the development and production,there are problems such as long cycle,high cost and unstable quality performance.Digital twin technology can improve equipment research and development efficiency and reduce research and development costs through simulation,monitoring and prediction,and optimized control.Aiming at the key issues in the development and production of laser melting deposition equipment,based on the idea of digital twins,this paper constructs a digital twin technology system for laser melting deposition equipment,and carries out research work of digital twin of laser melting deposition equipment such as virtual verification safety early warning and process quality simulation.The main contents are as follows:(1)Build a digital twin technology system for laser melting deposition equipment.Based on the system framework of digital twin of laser melting deposition equipment,and the platform of digital twin of laser melting deposition equipment was built,and virtual assembly,motion setting,collision inspection and PLC commissioning were carried out.In this way,the virtual simulation analysis of digital twin of laser melting deposition equipment was realized,and the research and development cost of laser melting deposition equipment was significantly reduced.(2)Carried out the virtual check on the safety early warning of digital twin of laser melting deposition equipment.Early warning signals are set by photoelectric sensors,proximity sensors and PLC programming to realize laser melting deposition equipment digital twin stroke over-travel alarm and personal safety warning,so that when the PLC receives the sensor warning signal,it can immediately respond to the brake and stop.Efficient production is carried out under the premise of ensuring personal safety,and the research and development efficiency of laser melting deposition equipment is improved.(3)The simulation of the process quality of digital twin of laser melting deposition equipment were carried out.A simulation model for the process quality of digital twin of laser melting deposition equipment was established,and the mechanism of high temperature relaxation softening zone assisted laser melting deposition to suppress crack defects is analyzed.The simulation process of processing quality of digital twin of laser melting deposition equipment was described.The temperature field and residual stress field distribution of different shapes of substrates in contact with the surface were simulated and verified by experiments.Therefore,the high temperature relaxation softening zone can suppress the crack defects of the laser melting deposition layer,which not only reduce the number of tests,but also improve the stability of the process quality of laser melting deposition equipment.
