Based On Grasshopper Parameterization Technology,the Design And Application Of Japanese Post Carpenter

The increasing progress of science and technology has gradually reduced the interest of the younger generation in the recognition of traditional culture.The decline of traditional culture and traditional handicrafts has caused the loss of the original excellent skills.Retaining excellent skills is a problem that the world's cultural and creative industries urgently need to solve.The development of traditional skills cannot only aim at reproduction,but needs to be passed on through better innovation.Yoshiki craftsmanship is one of the representative wooden craftsmanship of Japanese folk art,inheriting the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship,but due to the limitations of pure handmade production,it has seriously affected its inheritance and promotion.Since ancient times,artisans have created a large number of amazing handicrafts from the court to the folk in China.Today,some skills have been integrated with industrial production,and some skills have gradually declined or even lost.There are many domestic researches on the improvement of local handicrafts,but there are few researches on the improvement of traditional handicrafts of the wood craftsmanship.This paper studies the origin,development process,production process and tools of the woodwork,using the principle of parametric design,and studies the innovative design of the woodwork pattern with the design software Grasshopper and the combination of patterns and arbitrary adjustments in the design process.,Rapid correction and related interference,etc.,and on this basis,the use of CNC machine tools to achieve digital production.On the basis of absorbing the essence of traditional woodwork,this article optimizes and condenses traditional cultural elements,sums up the laws of geometry,chromatics,and materials,and combines modern lifestyles,life concepts and the aesthetic trends of today's society to recreate patterns.Research and re-creation,use Grasshopper software for digital and rapid modeling of innovative patterns,and input optimized parameters into CNC machine tools for processing and manufacturing,making wood-finish home furnishing products suitable for modern out design specifications and production process specifications,so that this excellent traditional craft can be better inherited,innovatively developed and applied to a wider range.
