| As a traditional Chinese folk handicraft,bamboo weaving has been popular for thousands of years.With the development of materials and technology,its limitations are becoming more and more prominent.However,its exquisite grain,excellent air permeability,lightweight and tough structure still have high utilization value.With the emergence of parametric design and the development of additive manufacturing technology,it has become possible to combine the structural form of weaving with 3D printing process.This will make full use of the woven structure and overcome the limitations of bamboo,also will greatly improve the structural benefits,functional value and application of products.Through literature sorting and research,this thesis summarizes and explores the development outline,vessel types and bamboo structure of traditional bamboo weaving,finding that there are some problems in the application of modern products,such as material constraints,structural limitations,low applicability of products and so on.Through the construction of grasshopper parametric logic operation,the commonly used weaving structure is restored,and the reconstruction design is carried out through a series of induction,extraction,analysis and simulation,the concept of multi-layer composite weaving is put forward.From the perspective of ventilation function,anti-skid function and cushioning support function,the relationship between the parameters such as the number of strips,arrangement,density,thickness,number of layers and the structural benefit is deeply studied,four kinds of multi-layer composite woven structures are designed.Taking sports shoes as the main research object,the design and application of multi-layer composite braiding structure is carried out,the better functional effect is achieved through the multiple experimental regulation of various parameters.The corresponding composite woven structure is also applied to the design of bicycle tires and seats.In addition,some non composite products are designed,such as flower bottles,lamps,fruit plates and so on.The design scheme uses additive manufacturing technology to make the real object,which verifies the feasibility of the design.The combination of parametric design and bamboo weaving breaks through the traditional constraints.The generated multi-layer composite weaving makes the bamboo structure more functional,greater play and utilization space in modern product application,providing a new design idea for product design. |
