In order to solve the problem of organic wastewater pollution in the process of petroleum production,the oil and wastewater treatment process was established,Based on the supercritical water oxidation process,the reaction material is heated by the heat generated from oxidation decomposition,In order to achieve the corresponding reaction conditions,so as to achieve the goal of energy saving,efficiency,complete and clean organic wastewater treatment.In addition,the process of supercritical oxidation of water is rapid and complete,Supercritical water is transformed into a good reaction environment.Supercritical water oxidation is an advanced green technology.The organic wastewater treatment technology is introduced.According to the internal and external research,the supercritical oxidation process of water has been established,including storage reaction,feeding and pressurization system,The structure and calculation model of the main parts of the process have been established.In order to meet the initial supply conditions of reactants,alternative organic wastewater pumps and oxygen pumps were developed.Compressor:internal and external structure of water reactor can prevent high temperature corrosion and inorganic salt blockage.Under the gravity and disturbance of the separator,the salt is separated from the sediment,The hot liquid is discharged from the upper part of the separator to the heat exchanger Reduce the calculation error,especially A suitable model is selected to calculate the heat transfer coefficient of heat exchanger in supercritical or supercritical conditions Quasi critical condition.Then,the initial concentration of the reactant,that is,the initial concentration of the reactant,is calculated quantitatively.In the wastewater,the content of organic matter is 36.48%,while the molar content is 0.6368%.At the same time,the lowest organic wastewater content and the highest organic wastewater content were determined,In the waste water of petroleum production,the weight of organic matter is 3 5693%,and the lowest molar content is 0.6260%;The weight percentage of organic matter is 3 8939%,and the maximum molar volume is 0.6707%.In order to prevent low concentration or excessive concentration of organic wastewater which leads to low process efficiency and equipment damage,Appropriate design method should be adopted in process design.Then,under the normal operation of the system,the concentration of organic wastewater will change.Statistical analysis is carried out under different conditions to analyze the energy consumption of heating system.It is found that when the content of organic matter is high,the temperature of hot fluid at the reactor outlet will rise and the thermal load overload may occur In case of maximum redundancy,the multi-stage heater above the calculation condition,This may occur in the long-term operation state,and further strengthen the anti scaling,so I need to regularly clean the scaling of the heat exchanger tube.
