Water injection conditions have a direct impact on the effects and benefits of oilfield development especially under the condition that most of oilfields are developed by waterflooding in China,however,lots of problems exist at present including limited working condition research on water injection wells and imperfect production management. And analysis evaluation methods can not meet the needs of oilfield production and management. According to the management requirements of water flooding oil field development, the current field operation accounting, reporting, and industry standards as well as literature research, compositions of the water injection wells are analyzed. The condition analysis and evaluation index system of injection wells is established to research the index's direct and indirect influencing factors which are used to direct the evaluation of field's water injection working conditions and the selection of measurements. Based on literature research and field investigation, the dynamic control plate of injection wells reflecting the relation between injection volume and injection pressure is built up by modifying and improving the injection wells management control chart model, and it provides a more effective means for analysis and management of the working condition of injection wells because of its rationality and practicability. Reasonable water injection allocation is an important content of production management of water injection wells. In order to enhance the effectiveness of water flooding, two calculation models to determine the well and single layer water injection volume are built based on literature research, statistical analysis of production data and reservoir dynamic performance analysis. The two models include: the calculation model using gray correlation method to determine the injection allocation of injection wells group according to the fluid production changes of the production wells in wells group and the model using the water displacement characteristic curve to determine the water injection allocation of block as well as using the distribution coefficient to distribute the water to well and layer. After that, the reasonability of the amount of injection is studied. Based on the relevant theories, the sofware of GuDong oilfield injection wells Working Condition Analysis System is programmed and it can calculate the condition indexes, analyse the characteristics of working conditions, as well as determine the reasonable injection allocation according to the production data of injection wells and regions, the basic data. This software is proved to meet the requirements of the production management of the water injection wells, by application on 52+3 units of 7th region in Gudong Oilfield. The calculation and analysis results are of great significance to guarantee good performance of the water injection wells and improve the production management and decision making level of the water injection wells.
