With the improvement of social and economic level,people's consumption demand for furniture has gradually increased.The surface finishing process in the production of board and wood furniture has a significant impact on the airtightness,corrosion resistance,the service life of the furniture,the appearance of the furniture paint film and the overall aesthetics of the furniture.Therefore,it is very important to improve the efficiency and quality of the furniture finishing process and reduce the cost of the finishing process in the furniture production process.In recent years,under the trend of intelligent furniture manufacturing,intelligent spraying technology has gradually begun to be applied in the production of furniture surface finishing processes.This article is based on the finishing of board wood furniture made by LJ Furniture Company.First of all,the surface coating process of wooden furniture is summarized.Taking the topcoat spraying process as the research object,the manual spraying and mechanical spraying of LJ company are analyzed from the spraying environment,spraying efficiency,spraying quality and spraying cost.The spraying efficiency,spraying quality and spraying cost of manual spraying and mechanical spraying were compared and analyzed.Secondly,the spraying objects,spraying paint,spraying production line equipment,spraying parameters,and human-computer interaction interface of the furniture flexible intelligent spraying production process were analyzed.Analysis;Then,the human-computer interaction interface of the production line control cabinet in the furniture flexible intelligent spraying production process is researched,and the human-computer interaction interface of the furniture intelligent spraying technology is designed and investigated,demand transformation,and functional architecture are used based on the design method of user experience.,Interface design,visual design,forming a set of human-computer interaction interface solutions,and passed the user usability test;finally,taking the dining chair coating processing of LJ company as an example,the intelligent spraying objects,smart spraying coatings,and smart spraying equipment are analyzed.The furniture flexible intelligent spraying production line is planned,the trajectory parameters of the intelligent spraying and the spray gun parameter rules are analyzed and entered,and the production effect of the furniture flexible intelligent spraying production line is analyzed and evaluated from the spraying efficiency,spraying quality and spraying cost.The evaluation results show that compared with manual spraying,its spraying efficiency,spraying quality,and coating utilization have been increased by 16%,24%,and 158%,respectively,and spraying costs have been reduced by 13%.Compared with mechanical spraying,its coating utilization rate has increased by 19%,and spraying production costs have been reduced by 17%.That is to say,the application of the furniture flexible intelligent spraying production process has improved the yield rate and paint utilization rate of LJ company's spraying production of furniture workpieces,and reduced the spraying production cost.This article aims to improve the flexibility of the coating process in furniture production through the research and application of the production line and human-computer interaction interface in the furniture flexible intelligent spraying production process,so as to not only overcome the limitation of mechanical spraying on the shape of the workpiece,but also relieve the enterprise The dependence on manual spraying reduces the harm to human health caused by furniture spraying production and brings good economic and environmental benefits.At the same time,it provides reference and guidance for the design of human-computer interaction interface of intelligent equipment in the intelligent production of furniture.
