The development of the food industry depends on the development of food machinery and equipment.Food machinery refers to the process of processing food raw materials into food.The food raw material of this equipment is buckwheat,which has high nutritional value and health care effects.Screw extrusion is one of the most important methods in food processing.Soba noodle fish machine,as a screw extrusion-based equipment,will have broad market prospects in the future development.First of all,according to the use requirements of the equipment and the characteristics of the extrusion system,the working principle,structure and operation mode of the buckwheat noodle fish machine are conceived.The mechanical structure of this design mainly includes a mixing silo,a primary extrusion device,and a secondary extrusion device.,Knife cutting device,mold forming device five parts,according to the design criteria for the specific structure design and transmission system design for each device,and the overall mechanical structure is rationally laid out.Secondly,the screw extrusion structure is particularly critical during the operation of the mechanical structure of the buckwheat noodle fish equipment.Therefore,the screw extrusion process of the equipment is specifically analyzed and the structural parameter design is carried out according to the screw design criteria,and different types of screw extrusion structures are fully considered.The impact on the flow of materials.According to the basic theory of fluid flow,select the appropriate constitutive equation and determine the physical conditions,boundary conditions and other parameters in the Fluent simulation simulation,and select the appropriate fluid simulation mathematical model for simulation analysis.This article mainly analyzes different pitch parameters and guide tube lengths.The cone ratio and the maximum diameter of the propeller blade are subjected to pressure field,velocity field,strain rate,and flow trajectory.Through comparative analysis,the optimal factors are selected for the orthogonal experiment.Finally,the three levels and three factors of the propeller blade pitch,the length-cone ratio of the guide tube and the maximum diameter of the blade are selected for orthogonal experiments to find nine sets of optimal structural parameter combinations,and the flow field in the nine sets of screw extrusion devices is simulated,Select the optimal evaluation index and determine the important influencing factors,find a better combination of structural parameters,and conduct experiments and verification analyses on the basis of orthogonal experimental analysis.The experimental results show that the products made by the CS6 structure are better than the CS3,and simulation The results are consistent.
