In oil field,Screw pump oil production with less investment, simple equipment structure,convenient operation, energy saving and high adaptability unique advantages are more andmore widely used。Simulation test device for screw pump oil production performance is thepurpose of the implementation of inspection on the quality of screw pump and screw pumpfor scientific experiment and research,also for screw pump structure parameters andoperating parameters optimization. Development of new products and new technology,Research on theoretical data and test certificate. Type test pump (K) is commonly used foroilfield GLB40-42~GLB1200-14types of screw pump, etc.In this essay, the research content including:Process design, the design of themechanical transmission, hydraulic system design, heating and heat preservation in the design,measurement and control system design, the programming of computer software, installationprotect and the layout design of environmental protection。The main function ofimplementation:1. Analog simulation test of working conditions on site,Test medium (oil, gas, water andsand mixture) and test environment (medium temperature150℃) and field are basicallyidentical;2. Screw pump cavity interior pressure, temperature distribution can be real-time, visualmonitoring and testing;3. For screw pump and the system hydrostatic test, checking the quality of the screwpump seals and rubber;4. Screw pump test should at all environmental temperature under different speed,different pressure flow, capacity efficiency of pump, the pump rotor input torque, import andexport test medium temperature, etc;5. Accelerate the disable screw pump stator, raise the temperature of the medium,improve the destructive test medium (such as high swelling medium, sand, etc.), improve thespeed of the screw pump (500r/min) or less for destructive test methods.Simulation test device for screw pump oil production performance, using standard,qualified for oilfield has provided the safeguard of screw pump, improve the success rate ofoperation, reduce the oil field production inputs, indirect economic benefit for oilfield production. In addition, as the scale of oil well using progressing cavity pump technologyapplication gradually expanded, it would be for the safety production and civilized production,waste utilization, to further promote the development of oil well using progressing cavitypump technology support, has obvious economic benefits and social benefits.
