Compared with the method of chemical extraction of plant oil,the mechanical pressing method can better retain the nutrients such as vitamins and antioxidants,reduce chemical additives.Filter pressed oil is more and more popular among the people.There are two methods of mechanical pressing oil:straight cylinder pressing oil and screw pressing oil.The twin screw press method has the advantages of sufficient oil mixing,good forward conveying characteristics,wide range of pressed oil,high oil yield and good cake quality.However,the twin-screw pressing method also has the disadvantages of complex structure,high manufacturing and maintenance costs.Based on the actual demand of grain and oil processing enterprises in China for high-performance oil press,this paper carries out the research on the twin screw press oil theory,and develops the key components and complete machine of high-performance twin screw press oil machine.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The development status and trend of extraction oil methods and machine were summarized.The basic theory and key technology of double screw press were analyzed.The development direction of twin screw press oil technology was prospected.2.Based on the actual needs of grain and oil processing enterprises in China,the design principle of double screw oil press is proposed,and the overall design scheme of double screw oil press is determined.The twin screw oil press is mainly composed of feeding device,press device,cake discharging device,slag device,main drive system and electrical control system.The selection of twin screw pressing mode is completed,and the layout of twin screw changing diameter,front end meshing and rear end tangent is adopted.The main motor is adopted by Y1801-6 asynchronous motor.The main reducer is adopted by ZSY-224-35.5-? cylindrical gear reducer.3.Based on SolidWorks,the key components model,such as feeding device,cake discharging device,slag discharging device,etc.,and the overall model of twin screw press machine were established.The structure of the torque distributor was mainly designed,the number of teeth(12 teeth)and modulus(8 modulus)of the main and slave torque gear shafts wree determined.The strength of the main torque gear shaft was checked,and the finite element analysis and optimization of the main torque gear shaft are carried out by using the simulation module of Simulation.4.The twin screw press mechanism assembly was the key component of the press machine,which directly affected the production efficiency,performance and oil extraction rate of the press machine.Based on the analysis of twin screw press oil theory,the dynamic press oil technology of screw press was analyzed,the matching mode of screw press shaft and the arrangement mode of screw press were determined,the press oil time and press oil force were calculated.Then,the force of cylindrical screw press and cone ring were analyzed.Based on the theoretical analysis and simulation research,the twin screw press mechanism and typical parts such as press screw and cone ring were designed,and the structural design and optimization of the press assembly were carried out.
