With the increase of fruit and vegetable varieties and the expansion of output,It is becoming increasingly common for all kinds of fruit to be squeezed into high quality drinks,It is necessary to strengthen the further research of screw press.As the key component,the design of the screw shaft affects the press effect directly.In this paper,topology optimization is applied to the design of fruit juice screw press,which adds lightweight applications to food machinery.In this thesis,the key components of screw press,such as belt pulley,coupling and rack,are optimized,and a new structure is designed to realize lightweight.Lightweight design mainly depends on topology optimization algorithm,In this thesis,the penalty model method of Solid Isotropic Microstructures with Penalization(SIMP)based on variable density theory is adopted,Compared with other topology optimization methods,it is easy to implement the program of the SIMP method.The optimization parameters such as filter radius and volume fracthave little influence on the program realization.For complex structures,the computational efficiency is high.In this thesis,the mechanical design of juice screw press is completed,and the static and modal analysis of the spiral shaft are carried out by using ABAQUS software,which provides reference for further improvement of spiral shaft structure.Using SIMP algorithm,two sets of topology optimization programs based on ABAQUS second development of Python language are compiled,and applied to the design of components,one of them is the static stiffness topology optimization program with the maximum stiffness as the goal and the volume fraction as the constraint.The other is the frequency topology optimizer,improving the low order natural frequency as the goal,and taking the volume frequency as the constraint.In this thesis,the topological optimization program is applied to the design of screw press parts,in which belt pulley and the coupling with the static stiffness topology optimization method to design a new rack structure;The frame is optimized from two aspects of static stiffness and frequency,and two new frame structures are designed.The new structure optimized by this method is proved to be reliable and feasible by finite element analysis,and the effect of weight reduction is obvious.
