Food safety are major livelihood issues,and traceability technology has been an important meaning to ensure food safety.However,there are many types of food industry,and the transportation environment(temperature,humidity,light intensity,etc.)and tracking methods(by order,batch,time,etc.)required by different foods are quite different.There is an urgent need for a traceability system with high adaptability,strong scalability and rapid deployment.The modular design concept of the common platform of the Internet of things,gives the characteristics of secondary development and rapid integration.Based on this,this dissertation realizes a salt traceability system that collects traceability information with the help of IoT devices,customizes the development of traceability information through a common platform,and applies platform management and display traceability information.Based on the salt industry,this dissertation first introduces the basic process of achieving traceability:IoT devices use sensors to collect traceability information,and use IoT protocols CoAP and LwM2M to upload traceability information to the common IoT platform.The common platform realizes the data interaction with the traceability system application platform through the open Restful API,and realizes the three-party communication;Then through the analysis of system requirements and the design of technical architecture,the system Web front-end and server were designed and implemented.Finally,through the separation of front-end and back-end development methods,with the help of Vue.js development framework,SSM development framework,MySQL database,Redis database and other technologies,the salt traceability system application platform was developed.On the basis of the salt traceability system platform,in order to deal with a large number of traceability equipment connected to the system,avoid the emergence of server pressure overload,the load balancing strategy was analyzed and selected,and the load balancing of the server was realized.The Nginx load balancer is used to divert large-scale reporting requests from traceability devices,which relieves the pressure on the server and improves the carrying capacity of the system.Finally,the V test model is used to test the system as a whole,including functional test,safety test and performance test.The test results show that the system is fully functional,safe and reliable,and its performance is increased by more than 40%compared to before optimization.The salt traceability system studied in this paper is an integrated application of Internet of Things technology and Internet technology.At present,the system has completed design,development,testing,etc.,and has been successfully launched and operated.After actual testing,this system meets the needs of salt production enterprises for traceability at any time,can save more than 70%of the time for enterprise production decision-making and government supervision,and improve corporate efficiency.The design idea of this traceability system can also be further extended to other products and industries with traceability requirements.
