The nutrition of Lycium barbarum fruit is gradually recognized and loved by people.However,the postharvest storage of Lycium barbarum fruit is a difficult problem.However,the quality and physiological changes of different varieties of Lycium barbarum fruits stored at 0?were different.In this paper,three varieties of Lycium barbarum fruits"Yuanguo","Ningqi No.7"and"0901"were stored in 0?cold storage for 36 days.Samples were taken every 6 days for 6 times.The differences of quality,physiology and metabolites of three varieties of Lycium barbarum fruits during storage at 0?were compared to provide a theoretical basis for postharvest preservation technology of different varieties of Lycium barbarum fruits in the future.The research contents and main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The quality of the three varieties of Lycium barbarum fruits changed differently when stored in0?cold storage.The experimental data showed that the content of ascorbic acid and titratable acidity in"0901"Lycium barbarum fruit maintained a high level during storage.The content of soluble sugar in fresh fruit of"Ningqi No.7"Lycium barbarum kept high during storage.The hardness,soluble solid content and reducing sugar content of"Yuanguo"Lycium barbarum fruit were higher than"Ningqi No.7"and"0901".The results showed that the storage quality of"Yuanguo"was the best,"0901"was the best and"Ningqi No.7"was the worst.(2)Under the condition of 0?storage,the activity of active oxygen metabolism of three varieties of Lycium barbarum fruits changed,which delayed the browning rate.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)in"Yuanguo"Lycium barbarum fresh fruit were higher than"0901"and"Ningqi No.7",and the formation rate of superoxide anion(O2-)was lower than"0901"and"Ningqi No.7";Comparatively speaking,the storage effect of"Yuanguo"was the best,that of"0901"was the best,and that of"Ningqi No.7"was the worst.(3)Based on the results of quality and physiology research on three varieties of Lycium barbarum,the best"Yuanguo"and the worst"Ningqi No.7"were selected to study the metabolisms of small molecules in the two varieties of Lycium barbarum by non targeted metabonomics,and to compare the different metabolites affecting the storage quality.Two varieties of Lycium barbarum,"Yuanguo"and"Ningqi No.7",which were stored for 36 days,were selected to test their metabolites.The results showed that there were significant differences between"Yuanguo"and"Ningqi No.7"wolfberry fruits,and the quantity of metabolites was different.Through the KEGG pathway,three kinds of energy substances are annotated:carbohydrate,ester,protein,energy metabolism,nucleotide metabolism,terpenoid metabolism,polyketide metabolism,vitamin metabolism,cofactor and so on.In the metabolism of"Ningqi No.7"Lycium barbarum fruit,the main metabolites were phosphate,arginine,threonine,phosphoribosyl and glucuronic acid;The different metabolites of"Yuanguo"Lycium barbarum fresh fruit are arachidonic acid,eicosatetraenoic acid,linolenic acid and other unsaturated fatty acids,which play a protective role in the"round fruit"storage,prolong the storage life of"Yuanguo",and improve the storage quality.
