In this paper,it was mainly studied that phosphinamide and phosphinate can be obtained by adjusting the reaction conditions between diphenylphosphine oxide and a new type of amido peroxy tert-butyl ester.In the presence of CH2Cl2,phosphinic acid amide can be obtained by catalysis of Cu I,while phosphinic acid ester can be obtained by catalysis of Cu(OAc)2 in the presence of THF.This paper mainly includes three parts,the main contents are as follows:1.The important roles of phosphinamide and phosphinate in natural products and bioactive compounds are introduced,and the synthesis methods of phosphinamide and phosphinate in recent years are comprehensively described.2.This paper introduces a new type of amino peroxide and secondary phosphine oxide,using dichloromethane as solvent and catalyzed by cuprous iodide.This synthetic method can also be used for the construction of P(S)-N bond and P(Se)-N bond,which is a new method for the synthesis of oxygen amines.Finally,tells about the expansion of substrate adaptation in our reaction.3.This paper introduces a new type of amino peroxide and secondary phosphine oxide,tetrahydrofuran as solvent and copper acetate as catalyst.Finally,we explored the adaptive range of substrate and the exploration experiment of reaction mechanism.In this paper,phosphinamide or phosphinate can be obtained by adjusting the reaction conditions by using secondary phosphine oxide and a new type of aminoacyl peroxy tert-butyl ester,which provides a new synthetic strategy for constructing P-N bond and P-O bond.
