Organophosphorus compounds are a class of important organic compounds that are essential to maintain human production and life.As the two main forms of organophosphorus compounds,compounds contain phosphorus-carbon bonds and phosphorus-hetero bonds are widely used in agricultural chemistry,biochemistry,medicinal chemistry and other fields.Traditional methods for synthesizing these two types of compounds often have some disadvantages such as harsh reaction conditions,extensive use of expensive metal salts,and poor substrate applicability.Therefore,scientists have been committed to developing green,economical,and universal reaction modes to construct phosphorus-carbon bond and phosphorus-hetero bond.This thesis summarizes the development reactions of phosphorus-carbon bond and phosphorus-hetero bond in recent years,and introduces three new reaction methods for the construction of phosphorus-carbon bond and phosphorus-hetero bond.This thesis includes the following four parts:1.Summary of the research progress of new methods for the synthesis of organophosphorus compounds.It mainly summarizes the hydrogen phosphine reaction,free radical reaction promoted by transition metals and some newly developed phosphorus-carbon bond and phosphorus-hetero bond construction reactions in recent years.2.The synthesis reaction of trans alkenyl phosphorus compounds initiated by CAN(cerium ammonium nitrate)was studied in detail.Different substituted styrene compounds are used as substrates,and diphenylphosphine oxide is used as the phosphorus source.Through the strategy of free radical reaction,the phosphorus-carbon bond is constructed in one step,and various trans alkenyl phosphorus compounds are formed with high selectivity.The application scope of the reaction is expanded,and we also proposed a possible reaction mechanism.3.Co(cobalt)catalyzed phosphorylation-peroxidation reaction of olefins was studied in detail.We use different substituted styrene as substrates under the action of a catalytic amount of cobalt acetate tetrahydrate to react with diphenylphosphine oxide and peroxide,synthesizing a variety of phosphorylation-peroxides products in one pot and we also proposed a possible reaction mechanism.4.A P-O and P-S bond building reaction based on the Tf2O/DMSO system is studied in detail.In this reaction,simple alcohols and phenolic compounds are used as substrates,and different substituted aryl phosphorus and phosphate ester compounds are used as phosphorus sources.Under the mild reaction system of Tf2O/DMSO,a variety of compounds containing P-O bond or P-S bond can be prepared through one-step reaction Baesd on some control expriments we also proposed possible reaction mechanism.
