With the rapid development of the mechanical manufacturing field in the environment,the high standard surface treatment related to sandblasting has become a key part of the manufacturing process.Given the manual operation mode to perform sandblasting has failed to keep pace with the development of the national industrial intelligent requirements,this topic for sand blasting process to develop in the direction of customization,automation,flexibility,realize man-machine collaboration capabilities of sand blasting robot,according to the characteristics of the intelligent sand blasting robot control system,designs the operating handle,touch screen and teaching pendant in the integration of management platform.In this paper,we first understand the research status of sandblasting robot at home and abroad,and analyze the functional requirements of man-machine cooperation management platform.After multi-research and combined with the actual operation of the field,we design the management platform from three aspects: hardware,software and communication.In terms of hardware,the management platform is designed with the man-machine cooperation working terminal including touch screen,teaching plate and operation handle,which can cooperate with the central core control terminal including Phoenix PLC and Sew motion controller and other hardware.In the software,according to the needs and target functions of the touch screen and the teach pendant,the object-oriented programming idea based on the Python programming language and the efficient signal slot mechanism have carried out multi-threaded software programming and interface design,which is vividly obtained in the touch screen.The motion trajectory has been 3D modeling and positive kinematics analysis,and the teach pendant is designed from four aspects: user login authority management,initial interface,programming interface and automatic drive of program files.On communication to achieve the communication of the touch screen and master the Visual Basic Visual programming language to complete the OPC client program and Visual interface design and field data with ACCESS database to store,in order to achieve teaching apparatus and master the communication with the help of the Python programming language,client in the TCP/IP protocol established,to achieve the communication of the motion controller and master the PCWORX programming software completed based on Profinet protocol communication point.The management platform designed in this paper has the following innovation points:1.The management platform integrates operation handle,touch screen and teaching device into one,on-site operators can choose the working mode according to the actual needs;2.The secondary development of functions can be carried out according to the actual needs of the company.In the process of use,the functions are no longer limited by the hardware manufacturer's closed or open source status quo,which saves the company's expenditure and cost loss.This paper basically completed the hardware platform construction,software program design and interface design of the management platform,and completed the network communication and interface operation through system testing.Therefore,after the management platform is applied to the actual production process,the intelligent sandblasting robot can select the work mode according to actual needs when engaged in production labor,maximize production efficiency and cleaning accuracy,reduce labor costs and energy costs,and improve labor surroundings.
