Supramolecular liquid crystal polymer(SLCP)is a composite liquid crystal system formed by a non-covalent bond interaction such as a hydrogen bond,a van der Waals force.Because hydrogen bonds have directionality and saturability,hydrogen-bonded self-assembled supramolecular liquid crystals have certain advantages in these supramolecular liquid crystal systems.Materals with a certain order structure and function such as nanomaterials,membrane materials etc.can be prepared by a reliable method of supramolecular self-assembly.Supramolecular self-assembly is also widely used in physics,chemistry,materials science and other fields,and has broad application prospects.In this paper,supramolecular liquid crystal polymers and composites were designed and synthesized by supramolecular self-assembly.In this paper,two kinds of monomers were designed and synthesized,which are liquid crystal monomer[1,1'-biphenyl]-4,4'-diyl diisonicotinate(M1)and cyclohexane-1,4-diyl diisonicotinate(M2).Polyaniline(PANI),succinic acid(SA)and graphene oxide(GO)were sequentially reacted with Ml and M2 to synthesize liquid crystal polymers P1 and P2;Polyaniline,adipic acid(AA)and graphene oxide are sequentially reacted with M1 and M2 to synthesize liquid crystal polymers P3 and P4;Polyaniline,decannedioic acid(DA)and graphene oxide are sequentially reacted with M1 and M2 to synthesize liquid crystal polymers P5 and P6.P1-P6 is a dicarboxylic acid liquid crystal polymer H1 series.Poly aniline,1,4-dibromobutane(Br-But)and graphene oxide are sequentially reacted with Ml and M2 to synthesize liquid crystal polymers P7 and P8;Polyaniline,1,6-dibromohexane(Br-Hex)and graphene oxide were sequentially reacted with M1 and M2 to synthesize liquid crystal polymers P9 and P10;Polyaniline,1,10-dibromodecane(Br-Dec)and graphene oxide are sequentially reacted with M1 and M2 to synthesize liquid crystal polymers P11 and P12;P7-P12 is a dibromo liquid crystal polymer H2 series.Polyaniline,4,5-dihydroxynaphthalene-2,7-disulfonic acid(OSA)and graphene oxide are sequentially reacted with M1 and M2 to synthesize liquid crystal polymers P13 and P14;Polyaniline,naphthalene-1,5-disulfonic acid(NSA)and graphene oxide were sequentially reacted with M1 and M2 to synthesize liquid crystal polymers P15 and P16.P13-P16 is a disulfonic acid liquid crystal polymer H3 series.Synthesis of C1 series liquid crystal composites C1-1-C1-3 by reacting M1 with NSA and graphene oxide according to different feed ratios;Synthesis of C2 series liquid crystal composites C2-1-C2-3 by reacting M2 with 1,10-dibromodecane and graphene oxide according to different feed ratios;Synthesis of C3 series liquid crystal composites C3-1-C3-3 by reacting M1 with decannedioic acid and graphene oxide according to different feed ratios.The molecular structures,thermal properties,liquid crystal properties and electrical properties of the synthesized monomers,supramolecular liquid crystal polymers and liquid crystal composites were characterized and analyzed by Infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),hydrogen-nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry(1H-NMR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),polarized optical microscopy(POM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),conductivity tester and other research methods.The results show that the molecular structure of the synthesized monomers,supramolecular liquid crystal polymers and liquid crystal composites are consistent with molecular design.The monomers M1,M2 and the liquid crystal polymer H1-H3 series are nematic liquid crystals.The C1 and C2 series liquid crystal composites are smectic liquid crystals,and the C3 series liquid crystal composites are nematic liquid crystals.The glass transition temperature(Tg)and clearing point(Ti)of H1-H2 series liquid crystal cell-coated polymers tend to increase with the increase of molecular weight.The Tg and Ti of the H3 series liquid crystal cell-coated polymers tend to increase due to the increase in regularity and polarization.In the C1 series liquid crystal composites C1-1-C1-3 Tm and Ti decrease with the decrease of the NS A content of the rigid element.In the C2 series liquid crystal composites C2-1-C2-3,Tm and Ti increase with the decrease of the flexible element 1,10 dibromodecane content.In the C3 series liquid crystal composites C3-1-C3-3,Tm and Ti increase as the content of the flexible element decannedioic acid decreases.H series of supramolecular liquid crystal polymers and C series liquid crystal composites have good electrical conductivity.This research enriches the content of supramolecular liquid crystal polymers and composites,and provides good theoretical and experimental materials for further research and development of high performance liquid crystal materials.
