Single crystal superalloy parts are widely used in aerospace,marine and other fields due to their excellent high temperature performance.However,it is typical difficult materials because of its high strength and high hardness.In the processing of single crystal parts,most of the parts are directly cast,and the machining allowance is small,mainly using grinding.In recent years,there has been some research on the grinding process of nickel-based single crystal superalloy materials,but there is still no in-depth study on the specific part processing,it is difficult to guide the grinding process in actual production,resulting in low grinding efficiency.The processing quality is poor.To this end,for the specific parts in practical applications,this paper designed a grinding experimental program for several different parts.On this basis,the removal mechanism of nickel-based single crystal superalloy parts was analyzed and studied.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Experimental study on processing technology of single crystal partsUsing the orthogonal experiment method,a variety of single crystal parts processing experiments were carried out to analyze the correlation of influencing factors.Looking for high precision and good surface quality,which is suitable for the grinding process of single crystal parts.(2)Experimental study on surface quality and grinding force of single crystal partsThrough the method of single factor experiment,the influence of various factors on surface quality and grinding force is studied.There are grinding wheel type,abrasive grain type,grinding wheel speed,grinding depth,work-piece speed,crystal orientation,crystal plane,etc.Focus on the difficult ability to process and anisotropy of single crystal parts.(3)Microstructural evolution of single crystal parts induced by grindingThrough the sub-surface variation characteristics of grinding,the damage layer of the work-piece is caused by different working conditions and process parameters,and the microstructure evolution law of single crystal parts induced by grinding is obtained.(4)Research on processing quality evaluation of single crystal partsThe experimental results were used to analyze the state of recrystallization of single crystal parts during grinding.Discuss the influencing factors and the changing rules of recrystallization behavior and processing parameters and heat treatment and the state of the original structure of the base metal.The process measures for suppressing recrystallization of the grinding process of single crystal parts are given.
