At present,as the miniaturization of product is demanded popularly,the small single crystal and tiny features of components will have the broad application.And single crystal materials own the higher thermal performance and the least dispersion of mechanical properties than polycrystalline materials,so they are widely applied in high temperature working environment.Micro grinding as the last process of the micro machining process,the surface quality directly affects the service life of the component and mechanical property after grinding,at the same time single crystal material differs from polycrystalline material,single crystal only owns a grain,there is no grain boundary in it,which makes the micro grinding of single crystal differs from polycrystalline material.And nickel based superalloy belongs to the typical materials that was machined differently,therefore,in this paper,making a deep micro grinding theoretical and experimental research about single crystal and polycrystalline nickel based superalloy,the main research contents include:(1)Introduced the difference of single crystal and polycrystalline material,according to the practical applied condition of material,to study the grinding to single crystal material,proposed the main content and research purpose of this subject.(2)Analyzed the organizational structure and fractured mechanism of single crystal material,to determine the slip plane of single crystal material;to establish the surface roughness theoretical model of micro grinding.Making the prominent height of grinding grain as Rayleigh Distribution,and established the theoretical model of grinding force.(3)Through the design of experimental schemes and analysis of experimental results,make sure the most optimal combination and primary and secondary order of influencing in grinding parameters;further analyzed the influencing law to surface roughness of grinding and grinding force in nickel based superalloy.(4)Established a grinding surface roughness prediction model of nickel based single crystal material.Make sure the most optimal combination and primary and secondary order of influencing in grinding parameters of nickel based single crystal grinding surface roughness,to different grinding parameters,to summarized the influencing law of nickel based single crystal superalloy from the aspects of grinding force and surface roughness,that combine the theoretical analysis.For recrystallization phenomenon of single crystal material analyzing the experiment,summarized the influencing factors of recrystallization,the effects of grinding parameters on the recrystallization and inhibit recrystallization measures.(5)To summarize the paper and get the conclusion,put forward some suggestions for follow-up studies.
