With the introduction of Germany's "Industry 4.0" and the promotion of the "Made in China 2025" strategy,the demand for steel raw materials by downstream companies is more personalized.The contradiction between the mass production methods of iron and steel enterprises and the individualized needs of customers' multi-variety and small batches is more prominent,which brings great problems to the production design and production organization of steel enterprises.At present,in the actual production of iron and steel enterprises,the scheduling plan for cold rolling and retreating processes is still dominated by planners using human-computer interaction interface,resulting in high labor intensity,low planning efficiency and unstable planning quality.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis studies the parallel scheduling optimization method of parallel rolling in the cold rolling and retreating process,and develops the system based on the proposed optimization method.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)A mathematical model was established for the practical characteristics of the parallel scheduling of the parallel rolling machine in the cold rolling process.According to the characteristics of the model,and drawing on the planning experience of the planner,the heuristic algorithm for solving the problem is designed.This thesis uses steel mill actual data to solve the experiment and compare it with the planner's scheduling results.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve a scheduling plan superior to the planner.(2)Based on the heuristic algorithm,the variable neighborhood search algorithm is studied and six neighborhood structures are constructed according to the characteristics of the problem.The variable neighborhood search algorithm for the parallel scheduling of cold rolling and retreating process is designed.The experiment is designed according to the actual production data of the enterprise.The experimental results show that the algorithm can obtain the optimal solution of large-scale problems.(3)Based on the above algorithm,a parallel rolling schedule optimization system for cold rolling and retreating process was developed.The system mainly includes four modules,such as data maintenance,model start-up,result query and log query,which realizes the integrated planning and scheduling from customer orders to factory production,and improves the production management level of the enterprise.In this thesis,aiming at the problem of the rolling schedule optimization of the parallel rolling mill in the cold rolling and retreating process,the mathematical model with high degree of fit to the actual production process is established.The related variable neighborhood search algorithm is designed to obtain the optimized solution of the model.And an application system was developed.The research results of this thesis have certain significance for guiding the research of enterprise production or theoretical methods.
