With the rapid development of industrialization leads to the continuous utilization of mineral resources,the increasing pressure on resource supply and the production costs,which results in the rapid reduction of high-grade ores and makes the situation more and more urgent.Flotation technology is a method that has gradually emerged in recent years,and its application range is wide and adaptable,which can make effective use of low-grade mineral resources.Since the large demand for copper metal in China,timely and accurate mastery of the whole process of copper flotation operation has important practical significance for improving the ore grade and the comprehensive economic benefits.In this thesis,we propose an online operating performance assessment and nonoptimal cause identification method for the copper flotation process.For the complex characteristics of copper flotation process,such as long process,multimode,equipment diversification,multivariable,and strong coupling between variables,the proposed method can evaluate the operating performance for the overall process and identify the cause for the nonoptimality.Furthermore,it provides the operational guidance combined with the production experience.In this thesis,a copper flotation production line is taken as the research background.For the copper flotation process with the characteristics of long process and multimode,and the actual production data are highly random which are coursed by noise and outliers,the overall copper flotation process is hierarchically divided according to the physical properties,and the offline data is preprocessed to identify the working conditions by the PCA-AP method.The offline assessment models are established for each block based on fuzzy probability rough set(FPRS),and then using them to evaluate the online operating performance and trace the nonoptimal cause for the current process.In the proposed method,the operating performance of the overall process is directly determined by the worst operating performance of the subblock in this study.For the nonoptimality,it further gives the optimization operation guidance to provide a more accurate and reliable adjustment strategy for actual producers.The actual production data collected in the field,using the proposed method,the effectiveness and rationality of the method are verified by experiments.
