Research On Model Control System Of LF Refining Furnace

With the development of society and scientific technology,the demand of the stee 1 material becomes more and more strict.The aim of steel producing is to produce th e qualified product under the low cost.The successful development of second metallur gy and refine technology can not only reach the demand of the machine property,ext erior quality,chemistry component control range and relative tissue,but also shape a s eries of metallurgy proceeding,all the new technologies provide the guarantee toward the stability and coherence for the product proprty.The concept of "clean steel" is brought forward in the steel&iron industry,to s atisfy the new trend,the new technology-second metallurgy is being adopted and sp read.It can be realized mainly by removing the refine task in the ordinary LD and E AF such as dis-inclusion(expect the unnecessary element,gas and inclusion),compone nt&temperature adjustment,homogenization etc partly or totally to the other furnace.Ladle Furnace adopted the new methods such as vacuum,stirring,and heat,in ad dition,it adopted the technology of synthetic slag,during the total technology shaping process,the modification toward the mebsurged art heat,gas stirring energy and relat ive stirring method has much influence on the clean level.The research applies the principle of metallurgy,the principal of Chemistry&Ph ysics and the experience on the spot to shape the basic theory of developing the seco nd level automation.The main models are as follow:the total quality forecasting mod el,the ultimate component forecasting model,alloy adding model,slag adding model,(Argon providing pattern,Electricity providing pattern),the real-time track of steel co mponent,the real-time track of steel temperature,the statistical analysis.Finally,the re search sums up the application of the model on the spot.
