Coke oven gas(COG)is a kind of multi-component mixed fuel,which can be used in gas turbine combustion chamber.Due to the characteristics of COG,its direct application to natural gas combustor may lead to some problems,such as too fast injection speed,deteriorating flow field and low combustion efficiency,so it is necessary to carry out this type of natural gas combustion chamber.As an important structure of the gas combustion chamber,the nozzle can determine the fuel injection velocity and injection angle,thus affecting the combustion performance of the combustion chamber.Aiming at the influencing factors of the gaseous fuel nozzle and the improvement of the COG nozzle,this paper carried out the following researches on a gas turbine combustor by the numerical simulation method:(1)Research was carried out on the injection velocity,the injection angle and the installation position of the gas nozzle in a gas turbine combustor to analyze the influence law of different injection velocities,angles and installation positions on combustion performance of the combustor.The research results showed that for natural gas nozzle,the optimal injection velocity range was 110?120m/s,the optimal injection angle was 40° and the optimal installation position was 23 mm from the swirler exit.(2)Aiming at the basic combustion characteristics of COG,ideal reactors were adopted to study laminar flame velocity,ignition delay time,flame distribution characteristics and flame temperature and made a comparative analysis with methane.The results show that the laminar flame velocity of COG is about 2 times that of methane under wide working conditions.The ignition delay time is shorter than that of methane,and the change rate of ignition delay time is smaller than that of methane with the increase of ignition temperature.The front of COG flame burns more violently,the flame length is about 1/20 of that of methane,and the premixed flame temperature is higher than that of methane.(3)According to the basic combustion characteristics of COG,the design and research of COG nozzle were carried out,and the combustion characteristics of combustion chamber using the nozzle were analyzed.The results show that the combustion performance of the combustion chamber using the COG nozzle met the design requirements under the design conditions,and the performance indexes were within the range of design requirements.The combustion performance of the combustion chamber was stable under typical working conditions,and the combustion performance parameters met the design requirements.
