In the early detection of major diseases,accurate sensing of disease markers and targeted therapy for tumor cells are very important research topics.Detection of tumor markers has been the important subject of biological electrochemical sensing the spread of the tumor cells which proteins such as AFP,serotonin and other dissolved concentration in human serum is extremely low,nearly ?mol/L or even nmol/L level.In order to carry out trace detection,it needs extremely accurate electrochemical sensing method and reliable electrochemical sensing materials.In this work,a two-dimensional covalent organic framework nanosheet based on o-tetra-alkynylphthalocyanine(APc NSs)with good conductivity and stable excited state was reported.APc would be formed as a thin film deposited on a glassy carbon electrode modified electrodes,as APc|GCE,exhibiting a sensitive ECL response performance.Its potential as an ECL biosensor was verified,and a new tumor marker methylmalonic acid was detected in trace amount.As upconversion nanoparticle(UCNP)materials,rare earth nanoparticles have attracted much attention for their remarkable upconversion efficiency and pure color emission spectrum.Due to the unique energy conversion mode,UCNPs have a unique application field in the near infrared(NIR)therapeutic window.In this study,we report a rare earth nanoparticle modified with graphene quantum dots synthesized with folic acid.FA·GQD was coated on its surface to form a core-shell structure(UCNPs@GQD).The UCNPs@GQD has the fluorescence emission similar to GQD and the up-conversion emission of modified UCNPs,which can simultaneously undertake the photodynamic therapy ability of fluorescence labeling and reactive oxygen generation.The cytological application of the UCNPs@GQD has verified its ability as a photosensitizer to initiate photodynamic therapy,which were contributed to the cytological application of rare earth upconversion nanoparticles.
