The five-axis machining center is a kind of CNC machine tool,which has high technical content and high precision requirements,and can process curved surfaces of complex polyhedrons.In recent years,China's medical industry,aerospace industry,and military industry have developed rapidly,and the demand for five-axis machining centers is growing.Due to the high precision requirements of parts in the field of application,and because of the complexity of machining parts and the long processing time,how to improve accuracy and efficiency has become an important direction for the development of five-axis machining centers.The focus of this paper is to realize the high acceleration and high torque of the gantry five-axis machining center beam by the synchronous control of the feed shaft dual-motor synchronously,and solve the problem of double-axis unsynchronization caused by the movement of the center of gravity of the load;The turntable is researched,and the traditional mechanical transmission turret is replaced by the direct drive turret of the torque motor,which satisfies the high-speed and high-precision requirements of the turret.For the main shaft,a three-phase asynchronous electric spindle is studied,and the vector control and temperature deformation of the electric spindle are respectively performed.And cooling was studied.This paper also studies the error compensation technology,analyzes the causes of the error and uses advanced error measurement methods.According to the results of error measurement,a set of applied algorithms is studied to compensate the inevitable mechanical errors of the machining center and improve the accuracy.In the fourth chapter,the measurement of the RTCP center of the five-axis machining center is studied.By applying the standard ball and the probe,the cyclic program is automatically run,and the measurement result is fitted to the optimal curve by applying the least squares method.Find the RTCP center of the five-axis machining center instead of the conventional manual method of finding the center through the dial gauge and the ball-head checker.This method is more efficient,faster and more accurate.Through the research in this paper,the five-axis machining center is made more high-speed and high-precision to meet the higher requirements of industrial production for the five-axis machining center.The research in this paper has achieved certain results,and has achieved mass production.It has greatly improved the technical indicators such as speed,acceleration,positioning accuracy and repeatability compared with the conventional products.
