In Shagang,steam is mainly produced based on the heat exchange of high-temperature flue gas from steelmaking and rolling plants and the red-hot coke from coking plants.Heat of high-temperature medium like flue gas is transferred to the soft water system through heat replacement in waste heat boiler system,then water gets gradually vaporized under continuous heat absorption,and finally high-temperature high-pressure steam is produced by regenerator pressure lifting.Steam is mainly used for daily industrial production(such as air compressor molecular sieve heating,steam turbine unit power generation,blast furnace dehumidification blast)and external sales(boil water,laundry,wood drying),etc.which manifests its high use value.This thesis carries out a research on optimizing the energy medium management of Shagang Group Co.Ltd.and especially implements system optimization of the steam pipeline delivery rate.The purpose of reducing pipeline pressure loss,steam discharge and transportation temperature drop and also improving steam delivery rate is realized by transforming measuring instruments,drainage system and pipeline insulation.The main research results of this thesis are described as follows:(1)By introducing elbow flowmeter instead of orifice plate,vortex street and other traditional measuring instruments,accurate measurement can be achieved,while avoiding pipeline pressure loss caused by measurement.The steam output is calculated by measurement,which provides the main data for calculating production cost and embodying steam value.(2)Improve the drainage system,including the design of drainage pipes and the selection of appropriate traps to reduce steam emissions.In the pipeline transportation process,because of pressure,temperature and other factors,the part of the steam contacting the pipeline will form condensate water.With the extension of transportation distance,more and more condensate water accumulated in the pipeline reduces the value of steam;at the same time,liquid water flowing causes pipeline vibration and even destroys related equipment,so it is necessary to add hydrophobic equipment in the steam pipeline to discharge condensate water in time.(3)Reasonable design and selection of thermal insulation scheme and material can reduce the temperature drop of steam pipeline and improve the economy and safety of system operation.The problem of temperature reduction caused by heat conduction and radiation in the process of steam transportation has been solved.Through the application of the above three research results,the problems of steam temperature drop,pipeline pressure loss and hydrophobic discharge are basically solved,the steam pipeline transportation rate is further improved,the sales volume of external steam is increased,and the steam benefit is increased,which provides strong technical support for optimal dispatch,cost analysis,consumption reduction and energy saving.
