Gas drainage in coal seam is one of the most effective ways in the treatment of damp and prevention of coal and gas outburst, which not only makes mine safety needs, but also makes the urgent demands of saving energy and protecting environment. Joint pipe system is a key equipment to ensure the smooth progress of the gas drainage. The gas concentration level is prerequisite of whether the extracted gas can be used. At present, the problems of gas drainage joint pipe system in China were largely reflected in many problems, such as slow installation heavy equipment, higher cost, poor corrosion resistance, lack standard pipe fittings and other associated defects. no specific theoretical guidance can be referenced in the control of gas concentration, but only depended on empirical adjustment ,which makes control of gas concentration on poor performance, many drilling are closed, which resulting in enormous waste of resources and leaving a huge risks for coal mine safety production. In this paper, basic research in league tube system after the installation of gas pipeline orifice and networked industrial test, through the analysis of the data, collected the drilling is not found league fewer is better, nor more is better, but there is a optimal number in this number, interval, high, the gas flow of gas concentration; For extraction time longer drilling in a certain extent, improve extraction negative pressure could increase the gas flow, improve the gas concentrations. On this basis the author puts forward a new gas pipeline connection method. Industrial test shows that the new league tube system has good application effect.
