In recent years,the rapid development of the coal industry in central and western China has promoted the local economic growth and urbanization,but the consequent problem of excessive consumption and utilization of water resources in the process of coal mining has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is urgent to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system in a scientific and reasonable way,so as to evaluate the coal-water coordinated development in the coal industry.With the combination of qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes,this paper adopts the Analytic Hierarchy Processand entropy weight method of subjective and objective compound empowerment evaluation to access the coal-water coordinated development in Nalin River No.2Mine with actual examples through literature review,field investigation and expert consultation.The conclusions can be drawn as follows:(1)According to the field investigation and expert consultation results of Nalinhe No.2 Mine,combining with the qualitative and quantitative to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of coal-water coordinated development.The main framework of the comprehensive evaluation index system including five criteria layers(natural index,geological index,ecological environment index,coal seam mining index and social economic index)and 30 indicators layers.(2)Analytic Hierarchy Process method and entropy weight method were used to calculate the comprehensive evaluation of coal-water coordinated development in Nalinhe No.2 Mine.The final score is 79.84,and the comprehensive evaluation result is satisfactory.(3)The scores of indicators at different levels are analyzed according to the comprehensive evaluation scores of each level,and relevant suggestions are put forward.In this paper,the construction of the comprehensive evaluation index system of coal-water coordinated development offers a more scientific and comprehensive reference for the improvement of the evaluation index system in the future,and provides a direction for the domestic coal-water coordinated development,which plays a positive role in promoting the comprehensive evaluation of China's coal industry.
