With the development of industry 4.0,steel production will be developed in the direction of intellectualized,high-efficiency and greenness.Efficient management will be a valid method for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.Steelmakingcontinuous casting planning will automatically make production schedules according to the contracts and the actual situations of the factory.The reasonable solution to this problem will help enterprises to achieve higher efficiency and customization of production management.The two core processes,for steel slab production of steelmaking-continuous casting planning,are reffered to in this thesis.The main work is as follows:(1)According to the steelmaking-continuous casting process,the problem of steelmaking-continuous casting planning is divided into two parts:batch planning and optimized scheduling.As for the batch planning problem,three integer programming models of furnace-tundish-casting batching planning are established respectively;The optimization scheduling problem is regarded as the flow shop scheduling problem,and an integer programming model is established.A two-stage heuristic algorithm is designed to solve these two sets of models,and the initial optimal solution is generated rapidly by using the greedy method.(2)Considering the supply chain relationship of steelmaking-continuous casting process and the overall optimization goal,an integrated optimization algorithm for steelmaking-continuous casting is designed.As for the batch planning problem,aiming at the minimum width adjustment,residual material quantity and casting times,and the procedure is taken as the constraint,the improved variable neighborhood search algorithm is used for optimization.About the optimized scheduling problem,the target is contracts on time production,and the constraint is the capacity of each production line equipment.After the batch planning is formed,genetic algorithm is applied in scheduling planning,thus the steelmaking-continuous planning problem is effectively solved.(3)Based on the research of the steelmaking-continuous casting process algorithm,an integration system has been developed.The main functions include:inlet material management,benchmark data maintenance,process optimization,gantt chart display and plan issuance,which realized the integration scheduling from production orders to factory's production,and improved the level of production management.The developed system was tested with a practical example of a steel company.And the system can verify the correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.The system can meet the needs of users.
