According to the demand of batch planning flow procedure and craft constrain, build the mathematic model of the best charge planning and cast planning, then solve the mathematic model by genetic algorithm.According to the research of the integrated batch planning, develop the steelmaking & continuous casting integrated batch planning system.Design the function, database and interface.Then test the system by actual production data. Sequentially, the steelmaking & continuous casting batch planning system is implemented which is integrated by using data, model and human-machine technology.The steelmaking & continuous casting schedule simulation system was designed by the configuration soft.
