Gas is an important secondary energy generated during steel production and also the largest energy consumption;gas costs has been always the core part of steel manufacturers'production cost accounting.Rationally using gas not only can reduce the energy consumption of steel production,increase economic benefits,but also can save the natural resources and reduce the environment pollution caused by gas emission.But gas metering is always a difficult problem for steel manufacturers' energy measurement,mainly due to its high pollution,low flow and low cut-off opportunities;besides,large pipelines are usually added for workshop production during project construcution,resulting in the common "a big horse driving a little car" phenomenon in energy metering,plus that there is no metering devices for gas emission,which greatly affects the guidance for materials processs production.Therefore,based on illustrating domestic and international gas measurement analysis and prediction as well as the current conditions of energy optimization scheduling,this thesis conducts a research on the lack of Shagang's gas metering accuracy and its optimal use.The following research results are obtained:(1)The necessity of enhancing gas system metering accuracy for steel manufactuers is analyzed through production targets,such as comprehensive cost target and energy optimization scheduling.Combined with the current condition of Shagang's gas metering,this thesis analyzes the deviation causes of gas system metering instruments,as well as the effect of gas components,insufficient metering functions and inconsistent calculation formula on the deviation of gas metering instruments.(2)In contrast to the defects of traditional differential pressure type flowmeters used in gas system measurement,the feasibility of gas ultrasonic flowmeters are proved by experiments,to realize 100%allocation ratio of metering instruments for gas system generation and consumption,enhance the generation and consumption balance of gas measurement and track down a comparative analysis on the operation stability and measurement accuracy of gas ultrasonic flowmeters.(3)Optimization of gas scheduling and reduction of gas emission is fulfilled by upgrading gas system measurement data collection,realizing the non-landing collection of gas measurement data and formulating gas real-time monitoring pictures and automatic report forms.Accurate and reliable production cost measurement data are provided to workshops by conducting measurement data analysis for every shift,every day and every month and forming the production and consumption rate for daily and monthly gas measurement.(4)Relying on gas system real-time monitoring screens,this research tracks and analyzes the feasibility of gas optimal scheduling and utilization,and combined with the purchased peak-valley-flat electricity prices,5 time intervals are divided so as to use gas cabinets properly to effectively regulate cabinet volume,so that the gas in low-value price intervals can be transferred to high-value price intervals for power generation,which can enhance the electricity generation value and save the cost of electricity purchase with the premise of the same power generation value,and meanwhile to optimize the production process,enhance gas recovery and self-generation rate by using surplus gas for power generation.
