Die & mould is the mother of modern industry and has become an important measure of the national manufacturing level.At present,the die & mould industry is developing slowly in our country,and it is still in an embarrassing situation of “big but not strong”.With the introduction and development of the cloud manufacturing concept,the concept of “manufacturing as a service” has received attention and recognition in the manufacturing field,which also provides a feasible way to solve the development problems of the die & mould industry in our country.This paper applies the manufacturing model and related technology of cloud manufacturing to the die &mould manufacturing industry,builds a die & mould manufacturing cloud platform,and studies the resource virtualization packaging and service matching technology of the platform.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the conceptual model and manufacturing model of cloud manufacturing,and compares it with other existing manufacturing modes to illustrate the advantages of cloud manufacturing.Then it expounds the research results of die & mould manufacturing cloud platform and related technologies at home and abroad,and points out the research significance of this topic.(2)This paper clarifies the functional requirements of the die & mould manufacturing cloud platform,proposes a 6-layer architecture of the die & mould manufacturing cloud platform.Then,it analyzes the service flow of the die & mould manufacturing cloud platform,the main functional modules such as the die & mould design module and the service matching module.Finally,the characteristics of cloud platform for die & mould manufacturing are summarized and generalized.(3)This paper uses ontology modeling to virtualize resources.Firstly,the die &mould manufacturing resources under the cloud platform are classified,and the virtualization description model of different types of resources is constructed,which regulates the virtualization information requirements of different kinds of resources.Then,the Protégé ontology editing software is used to describe the corresponding ontology information model and output it as a file in OWL format.Finally,the virtualization of a drilling and milling center in a company is illustrated as an example.(4)This paper proposes a service evaluation update mechanism based on time-dependent attenuation,and studies the service matching technology of die &mould manufacturing cloud platform: on the basis of service primary selection,an improved close value method is proposed for single-task service optimization,and a multi-task service optimization model with minimum total cost,minimizing total energy consumption and maximizing total service evaluation as the optimization goal,including timing relationship and delivery time constraints is established,and an improved cuckoo search algorithm is designed to solve the model.The effectiveness of the two methods is illustrated by examples.(5)This paper preliminarily develops the prototype system of the die & mould manufacturing cloud platform.Firstly,the development environment of the die &mould manufacturing cloud platform is determined,and the database of the prototype system is designed.Then,the functional modules of the system are analyzed.Finally,the main functions of the prototype system are explained.Finally,the research work of this paper is summarized,and the further research work is prospected.
