Post-press finishing was neglected in China's printing industry,resulting in backward post-press finishing process,outdated equipment,inefficient and independent innovation capability.As a new model of service oriented network manufacturing,cloud manufacturing brings new opportunities to the development of post-press finishing technology.Based on the problems faced by post-press finishing,this paper studies the three aspects of cloud manufacturing resource virtualization,service matching and service composition:(1)A flexible mechanism based cloud manufacturing resource description template and virtualization mapping method are designed.According to the characteristics of manufacturing resources to design a flexible mechanism to solve the resource information resource description template,the traditional single information format description of the incomplete;then according to the function of resource template description of the manufacturing resources are abstracted into multiple sets of functional units,put forward a kind of physical resources to the virtual resource one,one to many and many to one mapping method,and gives the description of the algorithm,so as to realize the virtualization of physical resources to the virtual resource,and pave the way for the combination of services for the next research service matching.(2)A multi-perspective cloud manufacturing service matching method is constructed.In this paper,the resource service matching is mainly from the perspective of three key words,sentences,complex parameters is analyzed,respectively,semantic coincidence degree,level of keywords from the semantic distance to calculate the similarity between service depth aspect;To calculate the similarity between the service and the key words,sentences and word order;In this paper,the similarity calculation of the service between services is carried out by using grey correlation analysis method.Therefore,a multi-angle service matching method is proposed to improve the accuracy of resource service matching.(3)A reputation based cloud service composition algorithm is proposed.In this paper,the credibility of the service composition is obtained from the user's attention and expectation value of time,cost and quality.First of all,the main evaluation index of cloud manufacturing service quality analysis,to establish the credibility of cloud manufacturing service composition as a function of artificial bee colony algorithm(ABC)in the food source of the fitness function;secondly,the service needs as algorithm constraints;finally,improvements in the ABC algorithm tabu search method concept introduction.Finally,the post-press finishing stage as an example of the proposed cloudmanufacturing resource virtualization,service matching and service composition algorithm validation study,experiments show that the design of the resource description template can avoid the problem of incomplete information described before;through similarity from multi angle calculation the results can be drawn to meet the requirements of the service matching;it can be a good feasible solution for laminating machine manufacturing process of service composition is solved by this method,and compared with the ant colony algorithm and random combination algorithm,this algorithm has certain advantages in performance and stability.
