The centrifugal pump unit is the most widely used fluid machinery in petrochemical enterprises.Due to the deviation of actual operation and design conditions,the operation efficiency of the centrifugal pump unit is low,and a lot of energy is wasted.Moreover,the energy efficiency evaluation methods of centrifugal pump units in China are still at the initial stage of low efficiency,large errors,and complicated processes.Therefore,formulating a scientific,effective,simple,convenient and intelligent energy efficiency evaluation system has important guiding significance for improving the efficiency and energy saving of centrifugal pump units.In this paper,the.NET platform MVC mode is selected to design the overall framework of the centrifugal pump unit energy efficiency evaluation system.Based on the theoretical basis of the energy consumption of the centrifugal pump unit,an energy efficiency evaluation model is established and the database is combined with the OPC interface technology to build a self-developed database and develop an intelligent energy efficiency evaluation system of the centrifugal pump unit.Design the overall framework of the energy efficiency evaluation system.Mainly divided into four sub-modules of task management,data management,energy efficiency calculation and report output function and detailed design.According to needs and functions,Visual C # is selected as the system development tool and Oracle is used as the database.Among them,the energy consumption theory of centrifugal pump units elaborated on the working principles,connections and key parameters of each component of the centrifugal pump units,combined with the characteristics of the centrifugal pump units in petrochemical enterprises,formulated a logical operation process plan,and established Energy efficiency evaluation model.The data management module needs to establish a database.The database is divided into three parts: centrifugal pump related data table,motor related data table,process related data table;Application of OPC interface technology to achieve real-time data interaction with the DCS system to solve the problem of real-time data collection of the centrifugal pump unit energy efficiency evaluation system.The detailed development of the interface of the centrifugal pump unit energy efficiency evaluation system and the selection of a petrochemical enterprise with the number 626 centrifugal pump unit as an example to verify the feasibility of the centrifugal pump unit energy efficiency evaluation system.Through the comparison between the traditional calculation and the software calculation results,the energy efficiency evaluation system of the centrifugal pump unit can complete the energy efficiency evaluation of the centrifugal pump unit well,and meet the actual application needs of petrochemical enterprises.
