With the continuous advancement of industry 4.0,the competition between the national overall national strength is gradually transformed into the competition between the intelligent manufacturing industry,and the standard of measuring manufacturing industry is the design level of manufacturing products,therefore,the design importance of NC machine tool as industrial master machine is increasingly prominent,and its color design has become the focus of current research.In the past,product color design was mainly based on product function.With the development of intelligence and automation,product color design has gradually turned to design dominated by human emotional needs.However,the current design form is mainly to determine the single color layout form before color emotional design,too dependent on the experience of designers,with certain limitations.Therefore,this paper puts forward a numerical control machine tool color design flow method for different layout forms in view of the problem that the single layout form is determined prematurely and the product color design scheme is one-sided.Taking the NC machine tool as the research object,using the Symbol theory to analyze the initial sample of the NC machine tool,to extract the design elements and the color layout,to establish the color element library by the experimental method,to generate the NC machine tool sample by the Symbol algorithm,and to determine the representative sample by the expert interview method;Using principal component analysis method to determine the perceptual semantic vocabulary of NC machine tools,using semantic difference method to investigate the user's perceptual needs evaluation of NC machine tool samples,and to establish the mapping relationship between the user's perceptual needs and the design elements;Using neural network to train the mapping relationship between the design elements of NC machine tool and the perceptual image value of NC machine tool,the perceptual image evaluation model of NC machine tool based on kansei engineering is established;The color design optimization of NC machine based on genetic algorithm takes the design element as the genetic gene,as genetic genes,the evaluation model of neural network combined with Punishment function turn into the fitness function of genetic algorithm,and designs other parameters such as population and operator of genetic algorithm.Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the color design scheme of different layout forms,and output the optimal scheme of different layout forms;For making the design method more practical,the color design optimization system of NC machine tool is established by using matlab software,and the color design of NC machine tool is carried out according to the design scheme elements recommended by the system and the experience of designer,so as to realize the purpose of color design optimization under different layout forms.Finally,through the product design example,this method provides a new idea of product color design,which can effectively use the existing product design resources,fully consider the user's emotional needs in the color design of CNC machine tools,and put forward the optimal color design scheme with different layout forms.
