Welding is one of the most common production methods in modern manufacturing industry.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry,welding and related technologies have also been greatly developed in this industry.With the development of industrial informatization and intelligence,based on relevant technologies and methods,scientific and reasonable utilization of industrial resources and production information,improvement of welding production efficiency and product quality,and improvement of automation and intelligence in welding structure design,process design and welding production process are important means to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency in welding production,and are gradually becoming an important content of welding production.Bogie frame,as an important part of rail vehicles,is mainly produced by welding.Constructing reasonable and efficient welding technology has become the main content of bogie frame welding production.Welding process document is a guiding document in the welding process.Its preparation process is complicated,repetitive and prone to errors.Technicians need a lot of time and energy to prepare,review and test the process document.In order to solve these problems,it is an important way to change the traditional compilation method of welding process documents by using intelligent technology to ensure welding quality and improve welding production efficiency.As an important carrier of engineering informatization and intellectualization,intelligent system can effectively solve repeated engineering work and realize information sharing.Aiming at the problems existing in the process of welding process design,this paper designs and develops an intelligent compilation system of welding process documents,which can replace manual compilation by computer,realize the intellectualization and automation of the compilation process of welding process documents,solve the problems of heavy workload,repeated labor,isolated information and the like existing in the manual compilation process,and lay a foundation for improving the compilation level of welding process documents,thus ensuring the production efficiency and improving the welding production quality.This design is based on EN15085 standard and actual production data experience.The actual compilation process of bogie frame welding process documents is investigated in depth.Combined with intelligent system design and development technology,a design scheme based on knowledge base,rule base and reasoning mechanism is formulated.The system development is completed by using C# development language.In order to further solve the problem that some rules in intelligent systems are difficult to construct and maintain,the XGBoost machine model and neighborhood rough set are proposed and used to complete the optimization and supplement of the intelligent compilation function of welding process.Through the verification and evaluation of the rule model,the accuracy rate of the model is 0.922.Aiming at the problem of poor interaction between knowledge base and rule base due to strong specialty,a visual interface is adopted to develop and design a knowledge management module and a rule editing compiler to improve the interaction ability of system professional knowledge.Through modular and dynamic programming,a safe,reliable,efficient and flexible intelligent preparation system for welding process documents is built to solve the disadvantages of traditional welding preparation,upgrade the production mode and speed up the intelligent construction of enterprise informatization.
