| Process time is not only the basis of product cost accounting, the criteria of machining program, the key factor of responding to market, but also the technology premise to optimize the enterprise, which has become one of the basic data of the scientific management of enterprises, and has been constantly improved and paied attention by enterprises. How to formulate process time fast and accurately is the hot topic of the many enterprises and academics.Welding technology is one of the key technologies in mechanical manufacturing industry, but compared with other type of work, its management in process time is very rough, which seriously restrict the development of welding industry. Based on this phenomenon, the paper analyzes the factors that influence the process time of welding, on the basis of traditional time formulation method to establish the mathematical model for welding process working hours and computer-aided man-hour calculating system which based on this model. The purpose of this paper are building a process time formulation method for welding enterprises which is general and easy to operate and improving the productivity of enterprises. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper raises the necessity of process time study through the analysis of the management problems of process time in M Locomotive&Rolling Stock Plant.Then analyzes the limitation of existing method and elaborate the main research contents and methods of the new method. Secondly, taking procedure of bogie frame welding as the calculating unit and analyzing the factors that affect the welding process of working hours (The article mainly analyzes the principle for developing the basic time and auxiliary time. The calculation methods of basic time in previous are relatively complex and had more parameters, according to the principle of unity, simplify, coordination and optimization, set up a new method in basic working hours calculation. And introduces the method that how to combined MODAPTS with similar manufacturing theory principle, which can reduce complexity and improve accuracy of the auxiliary time calculation) and establishing mathematical model to calculate the bogie frame welding process time. Finally, using computer-aided software EXCEL to test this model which is not only to prove the feasibility of the article’s relevant ideas and research methods, but also provide a reference for the other enterprises’ process time formulation. |
