With the increasing demand for edible oil in China,people's requirements for the quality of oil products have gradually increased.In view of the single control function of the current oil press system and the problems of poor product quality stability and high work intensity caused by manual adjustment of the feeding motor speed,a multi-function oil press control system based on BP neural network algorithm and cloud database technology was proposed,The intelligent development of the main production equipment screw oil press in the field of oil press processing.This topic is based on the premise of satisfying the technical requirements and process requirements of the oil press production line.The programmable logic controller PLC is selected as the controller and the PLC control program is compiled to realize the cooperative operation function of the execution unit of the oil press in various operating modes.By detecting the temperature and pressure signals in the press chamber of the oil press,and combining the BP neural network algorithm to simulate the control method of the operator,the design of the automatic control system of the oil press is completed.At the same time,the human-machine interface is configured to realize real-time monitoring and data collection of each device in the oil press control system,and the cloud database technology is applied to the oil press control system,so that the multi-functional oil presses everywhere can process the collected data.The data is uploaded to the cloud database for storage,or the relevant processing parameters are queried through the cloud database as a reference for the operation of the oil press,so as to realize the function of data sharing of remote equipment.Finally,the overall design and research of the system are elaborated,the functions and existing deficiencies in the system are summarized,and the improvement direction is proposed.
