| Oil is the blood of industry and one of the most important energy sources in China.With the continuous improvement of China's economic level,the consumer demand of residents is also growing,and the consumption of petrochemical products is correspondingly increasing.Under the influence of various factors,the petrochemical industry is expected to continue to maintain a stable development trend,and move forward from a large petrochemical industry country to a powerful country.The sustainable development of economy needs the continuous supply of energy to ensure,and the supply of energy requires a large amount of oil exploitation,because the existence of some factors will lead to the existence of risks in the operation of oil enterprises,and oil is still non renewable energy.Based on the existence of these factors,we want enterprises to be able to develop for a long time and identify the financial risks of oil enterprises Evaluation and control are particularly important.This paper chooses CNPC as an example to study the financial risk of petroleum enterprises,understand the current situation of financial risk management of the company,and analyze several major risks in the financial risk of the company.In the above risk classification,15 financial indicators are selected to seek the opinions of relevant experts and scholars by means of questionnaire.The statistical results are analyzed and the weight of the results is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process.The financial risk of CNPC is evaluated and the results are light risk,which is consistent with the analysis of the company.However,the risk of CNPC is low because The company has many industries and a wide range of business,so although the risk assessment is mild,the company still has a high degree of uncertainty,so the corresponding financial risk control measures are put forward in the end.It is hoped that the financial risk management and control in this paper will have certain reference significance for enterprises. |
