With the development of the oil and fat industry,there are more and more oil refining methods,and the refining rate is getting higher and higher.Most of the soybean oil we contact in our daily life is produced by chemical refining.This method is widely used,but it will destroy all kinds of nutrients in the oil and produce unhealthy trans fatty acids,which is not suitable for the elderly a nd children to eat for a long time.The use of physical refining can reduce the harmful components in the oil and reduce the harm to the human body.The biggest problems of physical refining are soap feet and wastewater This article studies the new process of physical soap-free refining,and properly solves the difficulties in the physical refining process.The optimization content is as follows:(1)The detection methods of hydrated phospholipid s and non-hydrated phospholipids are determined,which can better solve the non-hydrated phospholipid residues.(2)The acid degumming of phosphoric acid,citric acid and malic acid was carried out,and the degumming process was orthogonally optimized.The optimal degumming rate of the three acids and the basic indic ators of degumming oil were compared.The best degumming acid.Through single factor experiments,the main influencing factors in the acid degumming process were determined,and further experiments were carried out.The orthogonal test was used to analyze and comprehensively consider va rious factors to obtain the best acid and phosphoric acid degumming process conditions.It is: 0.6% acid addition,4.0% water addition,degumming temperature 85.0 ?,degumming time 55.0min.(3)The degumming of the PLC enzymatic method was optimized,and the best process conditions were pH 5.4,the amount of PLC enzyme added was 10 u L / kg,and the temperature of the enzymolysis was 45 ?(4)Utilize flocculant for soap-free refining,optimize the deacidification process,and achieve the best deacidification process conditions: holding time is 40 min,added water temperature is 90 ?,added water volume is 3.5%,and flocculation dose is 1.5%.
